Subrogation
MF&L’s subrogation team provides comprehensive subrogation services from the date a claim is paid through recovery. We handle a wide variety of subrogation claims ranging from fire losses, water losses, aviation accidents, fidelity and surety losses, cargo claims, and construction claims. Our subrogation team gets involved as soon as the loss occurs and arranges for and supervises the initial site exam and/or investigation. Once the insurance claim is paid, our team pursues recovery of the proceeds from the responsible party the litigation process. We litigate subrogation claims in all state and federal courts in Georgia and throughout the United States.
