Aviation Law

Caroline M. Henriksen served as a CLE presenter for the State Bar of Georgia’s Aviation Law Section in March 2026. Her presentation, titled “Litigating with a Party Acting Pro Se,” focused on practical considerations and strategies for attorneys handling cases involving self-represented parties. Aviation law is widely recognized as a complex and highly specialized area of legal practice—one that can challenge even the most accomplished attorneys—making continuing education and knowledge sharing within the field especially valuable.
