William Hoitink, Sr. joined the firm as a partner in 2015. Mr. Hoitink has specialized as a residential real estate attorney in Atlanta for over 35 years representing lenders, investors, banks and private parties in all types of closing including purchases and sales, refinances and owner finance transactions. He has performed numerous closings for realtors in the Atlanta metro area and continues to focus on the area of residential closings. In addition, he has closed many second homes and vacation properties all over the state of Georgia for clients residing in the Atlanta area.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Hoitink was the senior partner in Hoitink and Dubuc, OC and represented numerous clients with Real Estate closings, general business transactions and in the areas of Wills and Probate. His career began as an associate with the law firm of McCurdy and Candler, a prominent law firm in Decatur, Georgia in the late 1970’s.
Mr. Hoitink was born in Spokane, Washington. He attended college at Eastern Washington State College, where he received his B.A. He earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta in 1976 and has been practicing in Georgia since that time. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and of the Real Estate section of the State Bar of Georgia.
