Kent J. Miller

Kent Miller joined the Atlanta office of Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins in 2021.  Mr. Miller focuses his practice in the areas of trucking litigation and premises liability & negligent security litigation. Prior to joining Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins, Mr. Miller practiced with an Atlanta-based insurance defense firm. He also previously served as corporate counsel for a large insurance and financial company. Mr. Miller was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2017.

Mr. Miller was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. He attended Georgia College and State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school Mr. Miller was the Treasurer for the UGA Chapter of the Student Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
