Jonathan C. Anderson joined Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins LLP as a Partner in 2026. He represents self-insured and commercially insured employers in the defense of Georgia workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. Anderson has done workers’ compensation defense for most of his career. Previously, he was part of the Lawyers for Equal Justice incubator in which he ran a family law firm with two other attorneys serving low-income Georgians.

Mr. Anderson was born and raised in Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University where he received his B.A. before earning his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, he served as President of Health Law Society and coached Emory’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team at the American Bar Association’s Mediation Competition.

Mr. Anderson lives in East Atlanta with his wife, two daughters, and a cat named Teenie Beanie.
