Jennifer McLean joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2007. Ms. McLean’s litigation practice focuses on fidelity law, trucking defense, premises liability, workers compensation, and general liability, having represented clients in courts throughout Georgia and Southeast. Ms. McLean is also experienced in alternate forms of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation.
Ms. McLean was born and raised in Northeast Florida. She attended Florida State University where she received a B.S. in Criminology, magna cum laude, in 1996. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University in 1999. During law school, Ms. McLean interned for the Florida Supreme Court. Ms. McLean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia.
