Constantine A. Daniels joined the firm in 2023. He practices in the areas of Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith, Construction Litigation, and Trucking Litigation.
Prior to joining Mozley, Finlayson, & Loggins, Constantine received extensive litigation experience in the public and private sectors. Constantine represented people charged with felony crimes in the Waycross Judicial Circuit and prosecuted crimes in the state courts of Carroll and DeKalb counties. Additionally, Constantine gained insurance defense litigation experience at a Dunwoody law firm. Constantine was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2018.
Constantine attended the University of Georgia, in Athens, Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and graduated in 2011. He continued on to Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016. During law school, Constantine was a member of the Tulane Sports Lawyers Journal. Constantine has lived in the Atlanta metropolitan area for over thirty years. He currently resides in Marietta with his wife Lauren and his son Harrison. He is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves.
