Caroline Henriksen joined the firm in 2024 and practices primarily in aviation litigation. Prior to joining Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins LLP, Caroline gained valuable experience in aviation and aerospace law through academic and research roles, including work with industry-leading legal scholars and institutions. She earned an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Center for Air and Space Law, where she also served as Editor of the Journal of Space Law and as a Research Assistant supporting UAS safety research through the FAA’s ASSURE program. Her background also includes legal advocacy and client representation through the CEASE Clinic at the University of Georgia School of Law.
Raised in Milton, Georgia, Caroline earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Georgia in Journalism and Communication Studies in 2020. She later obtained her J.D., along with a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, from the University of Georgia School of Law. She continued her legal education with an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from the University of Mississippi.
Caroline’s academic achievements include recognition as a Zell Miller HOPE Scholar and UGA Scholar. Her professional interests span aviation law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
