Caitlin Amick joined the firm in 2021. She has a varied practice that includes the areas of Aviation Litigation, Products Liability Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Premises & Negligent Security Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Ms. Amick also has a background in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation.
Ms. Amick graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she was an editor for the Georgia Law Review and competed in both the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and National Moot Court Competition. Ms. Amick also served as a teaching assistant for Professor Michael Wells (Torts), interned with an administrative judge for the U.S. EEOC, participated in UGA’s Public Interest Practicum, and worked at a toxic torts defense firm. Ms. Amick received awards for earning top grades in seven classes, and upon graduation was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. Before law school, she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from Kennesaw State University and worked for several years at a boutique civil litigation firm in Charleston, South Carolina.
Outside of the office, Ms. Amick enjoys exploring the North Georgia mountains with her family, wrangling with her vegetable garden, and fostering misfit dogs for a local animal rescue group.
