Deb Cameron joined the firm as a partner in 2007. Ms. Cameron’s practice background includes extensive experience in construction law, commercial real estate and leasing, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. In her over 25 years of experience, Ms. Cameron has represented a wide range of clients including commercial landlords and property owners, small businesses, large corporations, and individuals. Ms. Cameron’s experience has allowed her to obtain successful results for her clients at all stages of the litigation process including trial, summary judgment, and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to representing her clients through the litigation process, Ms. Cameron advises clients outside of litigation on general business practices and procedures which enable her clients to efficiently run their businesses and avoid unnecessary litigation. With her litigation experience as background, she is uniquely able to advise and guide clients through negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements to better enable clients to avoid pitfalls. Ms. Cameron has significant experience advising businesses and their principals on all aspects of business relationships from contract negotiation to dispute resolution among parties.
Ms. Cameron was born in Coldwater, Michigan. She received a B.S. in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and received her J.D. cum laude from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Cameron is admitted to both the State Bar of Georgia and the Maine State Bar, where she practiced for nine years before moving to Georgia. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Atlanta Track Club, and enjoys volunteering for those groups and several other civic organizations.
Ms. Cameron is currently serving as the Managing Partner.
