Sewell Loggins retired from the active practice of law in 2014, but remains affiliated with the firm as a partner emeritus. During his years as a Senior Partner at the firm, Mr. Loggins practiced in the areas of general and commercial aviation, trucking, and food product liability. He also cultivated a unique expertise handling legislative and governmental matters before the Georgia General Assembly. He was also one of our experienced mediators.
Mr. Loggins was born in Toccoa, Georgia, in 1941. He attended Dartmouth College and received a B.A. in 1963. In 1966, Mr. Loggins received an LL.B. from Vanderbilt University and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
