Dan Wolcott joined the firm in 2019 as a senior associate. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of insureds in the areas of trucking, premises, aviation, and construction.
Mr. Wolcott received a B.A. in Political Science from Tulane University in 2004. Mr. Wolcott worked in the private sector in banking and finance for five years before going to law school at the University of Georgia, where he received his J.D. in 2013. After law school, Mr. Wolcott worked at the Georgia Office of the Attorney General where he handled civil matters related to real estate and construction. In 2016, Mr. Wolcott entered private practice and continued to handle real estate, zoning and construction related matters at another firm.
