Bryn McDermott joined Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins in 2021 and serves clients in the areas of trucking, aviation, premises, complex commercial, and construction litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McDermott defended manufacturers and distributors in high-risk products liability and toxic tort litigation.
Ms. McDermott grew up in Covington, Georgia. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Women’s Studies. She then attended Samford University, where she earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Brock School of Business. During law school, Ms. McDermott was a board member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and served on the Trial Advocacy Board. Ms. McDermott is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
