Brian Dubuc joined the firm as a partner in July 2015.  Mr. Dubuc’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate closings, representing builders and developers in all phases of the acquisition and development of real property and construction.  Mr. Dubuc also represents clients in real estate related litigation having won several cases involving water trespass and nuisance damages.  He has represented clients in more than forty appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit involving various criminal and civil matters.  As a real estate attorney, Mr. Dubuc has gained a broad perspective while representing clients in his current transactional practice.

Mr. Dubuc was born in 1961 in Providence, Rhode Island and grew up in an Army family, attending Benedictine Military School (Class of 1979) in Savannah, Georgia.  He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Political Science in 1985 and earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 1988.  When not pursuing his client’s objectives, Brian enjoys working on and driving his 1977 MGB.
