Aviation Litigation

For decades, our firm has been recognized as one of the leading aviation law firms in the United States. Our aviation attorneys represent aviation businesses of all types nationally, regionally, and throughout the State of Georgia. These businesses include airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, engine manufacturers, component part manufacturers, air ambulances, pilots, aircraft owners, fixed base operators, aerial applicators, and the aviation insurance companies that insure these businesses.

MF&L provides skilled representation for airlines, airports, and all other aviation businesses in personal injury and wrongful death claims. These claims range from defending against relatively minor accident claims to defending parties in major commercial airline disasters. Aviation accident cases are extremely complex and require highly experienced counsel. When a disaster occurs, lawsuits are typically filed against every possible entity, from the airline to the manufacturers of the smallest component parts. We can defend any and all of these parties and their respective insurers. Our attorneys have served as lead defense counsel in numerous major air disasters.

We also have decades of experience handling all aspects of aviation business law. Our aviation attorneys can assist with aircraft purchase, sale and leasing, financing, FAA certificate actions, and more.
