Wayne D. Taylor

Mr. Taylor joined the firm as a partner in 1995. Mr. Taylor handles a variety of cases emphasizing insurance coverage litigation and advice, including property, casualty and environmental claims, jewelers block coverage, the defense of arson and other fraudulent claims, trucking and cargo claims, and subrogation matters. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in the handling of other general litigation matters, including products liability, premises liability, patent and copyright infringement, zoning disputes, and general commercial and liability matters.

Mr. Taylor was born in Rockledge, Florida, on March 28, 1961. He attended Emory University, where he received a B.A. in 1982 and a J.D. in 1985. Mr. Taylor was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985. He is a member of the Atlanta, Federal and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, Inc., and the American Judicature Society.
