Jennifer Theobold McLean

Ms. McLean joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2007. Ms. McLean's litigation practice focuses on trucking and construction matters, having represented clients in courts throughout Georgia and Alabama. Ms. McLean is also experienced in alternate forms of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation.

Ms. McLean was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March.27, 1974. She attended Florida State University where she received a B.S., magna cum laude, in criminology in 1996. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University in 1999. During law school, Ms. McLean was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy and earned an internship with the Florida Supreme Court. Ms. McLean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
