Jessica C. Lawrence

Ms. Lawrence joined MF&L as an associate in 2004. Ms. Lawrence’s practice focuses on the areas of labor and employment law, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, contract disputes, electronic discovery and fidelity and surety law.

Ms. Lawrence is an active member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Defense Research Institute and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. She is a graduate of the GDLA Trial Academy and serves on the Sponsorship Committee for GAWL. Ms. Lawrence is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including its Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Council of Young Lawyers.

Ms. Lawrence was born in Akron, Ohio on October 14, 1979. She attended Denison University where she received a B.A. in both Psychology and Educational Studies in 2001. She received her J.D., from Emory University in 2004. During law school, Ms. Lawrence served as an editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
