C. David Hailey

Joining the firm as a partner in 1990, Mr. Hailey brought a wide range of general business, banking, and civil litigation experience to the firm. Mr. Hailey also has considerable experience in fidelity and surety law.

Mr. Hailey was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, on May 20, 1953. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received a B.S. in 1976. He received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1982. During law school, Mr. Hailey was on the Editorial Board, 1980-1981, and the Managing Board, 1981-1982, for the Georgia Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hailey has been active in the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the ABA since 1983. Mr. Hailey is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Inc., and the Southern Loss Association.
