Aaron A. Miller

Mr. Miller joined the firm as an associate in 2008 and is now in his sixth year at the firm. His litigation and trial practice focuses primarily in the defense of personal injury claims arising out of aviation, trucking, automobile, and premises liability. He also assists the partners in defending complex construction arbitration, construction litigation, and commercial contract disputes. Mr. Miller has vast experience in deposing expert witnesses and allegedly injured persons. Mr. Miller is also routinely involved in trials in the state and federal courts in and around Atlanta and the outlying areas on behalf of the firm's clients. His technical legal knowledge and ability to cross examine expert witnesses has led him to be recognized as a Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in both 2012 and 2013. Mr. Miller also assists in the firm's role as outside general counsel to local businesses on regulatory, finance, and employment disputes drawing on his Masters level background in business administration.

Mr. Miller was born in Tampa, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he received a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Economics in 1999. He received his M.B.A., with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management, from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business and his J.D. from Emory University in December of 2007. During law school, Mr. Miller served as treasurer of the Keener Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Miller previously worked as a corporate recruiter for a national recruiting firm and as Manager of Student Employment at Duke University.

Mr, Miller was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2008 and has been admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
